Subscription Terms
These Subscription Terms (“Subscription Terms”) govern any recurring order, auto-renewing purchase, or “Subscribe & Save” purchase made through calmicollar.nuumipet.com (the “Site”). 

These Subscription Terms form part of, and are incorporated into, our Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict between these Subscription Terms and the Terms of Service, these Subscription Terms will control solely with respect to subscription-related matters. 

By purchasing a subscription through the Site, you agree to these Subscription Terms. 

1. What Is a Subscription? 

A subscription is a recurring order for a Physical Product that is automatically billed and renewed on a monthly basis unless and until you cancel. Subscription pricing may be lower than the price for a one-time purchase, as disclosed at checkout. 

2. Enrollment in a Subscription 

When you actively select a subscription option at checkout, your purchase will be processed as a recurring subscription. Your initial checkout purchase is the first subscription order. 

Before you complete your purchase, we will present the material subscription terms, including: 
(i) that the subscription will automatically renew unless canceled; 
(ii) the billing frequency; 
(iii) the amount you will be charged, or the method for determining that amount; 
(iv) the available methods for cancellation; 
and (v) when your next recurring charge is expected to occur. 

Your order confirmation will include these subscription terms in a form that you can retain. 

3. Billing Authorization 

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize The Pawesome LLC to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis for the subscription price shown at checkout, together with any applicable taxes and any disclosed shipping and handling charges. Recurring charges will be processed on the same calendar date each month as your initial order. If a billing date falls on a day that does not exist in a given month (for example, the 31st), the charge will be processed on the last day of that month. 

4. Automatic Renewal 

Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless and until you cancel. There is no minimum commitment and no cancellation fee. 

5. Shipment of Subscription Orders 

A new order for your selected subscription product configuration will be processed and shipped each billing cycle unless your subscription has been canceled before the applicable billing date. Shipping and delivery timeframes shown on the Site, at checkout, or in your order confirmation are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise. 6. How to Cancel 

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date using any of the following methods: 

(a) Online: by logging into your customer account at in our Shopify platform and following the cancellation instructions. 

(b) Email: by emailing support@thepawesome.com from the email address associated with your order, or by including your order number in your message; 

or (c) Telephone: by calling our customer support number at + 1 786 4050684

If you enrolled in your subscription online, you may also cancel online, at will, without being required to call us or take any additional steps that unreasonably obstruct or delay cancellation. 

7. When Cancellation Takes Effect 

If you cancel before your next billing date, you will not be charged for the next renewal term. If your cancellation request is submitted after a renewal order has already been processed, the cancellation will apply to the following renewal term. Any order already processed for the then-current renewal term may still be charged and shipped, subject to our Refund & Returns Policy. 

8. Failed or Declined Payments 

If your payment method is declined, we may attempt to process the payment again up to two additional times over the following seven days. If we are unable to collect payment after our retry attempts, we may pause or cancel your subscription. We may notify you using the email address associated with your order regarding any failed payment or subscription status issue. 

9. Subscription Price Changes 

We may change the price of a subscription from time to time. If we make a material change to your subscription price, we will provide notice at least 14 days before the new price takes effect. If you do not cancel before the effective date of the new price, your continued subscription after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated price. 

10. Refunds on Subscription Orders 

Each subscription shipment is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee, measured from the date of delivery of that specific shipment. To request a refund, you must contact support@thepawesome.com  within 30 days after delivery of the applicable shipment. Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in our Refund & Returns Policy, the product must be returned to qualify for a refund, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds apply only to the applicable order or shipment for which the refund is requested and do not automatically cancel your subscription. If you also wish to stop future recurring charges, you must separately cancel your subscription in accordance with Section 6 above. 

11. Changes to These Subscription Terms 

We may update these Subscription Terms from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. If we make a material change to these Subscription Terms that affects your existing subscription, we may provide additional notice as required by applicable law.
