Digital products (pet training programs and courses) are delivered instantly through our secure member portal. No shipping is required. You will receive login credentials via email immediately after purchase.
Physical Products
- Where We Ship: We currently ship to addresses worldwide.
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
- Estimated Delivery Time: Estimated delivery is 10 to 15 business days from the date of shipment. These are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary depending on:
- Your location
- Carrier processing and transit times
- Customs clearance (products ship internationally)
- Peak season volumes (holidays, promotional periods)
- Weather or other events beyond our control
- Tracking: Tracking information is provided via email for every physical order. You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment status. If your tracking information has not updated within 7 business days of shipment, contact us at support@thepawesome.com.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs (if applicable) are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Any applicable shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Subscription Shipments: If you are subscribed to a recurring physical product (such as the CalmiCollar), your product will ship automatically each billing cycle. You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number for each shipment.
Delivery Issues
Order Not Received
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days from the shipment date:
- Check your tracking information for updates
- Confirm your shipping address is correct in your order confirmation email
- Contact us at support@thepawesome.com with your order number
We will investigate with the carrier and either reship the product or issue a full refund.
Wrong Address
If you provided an incorrect shipping address and the package has already shipped, contact us immediately at support@thepawesome.com We will attempt to redirect the package, but we cannot guarantee it. If the package is delivered to the incorrect address you provided, we are not responsible for the loss.
Damaged in Transit
If your product arrives damaged:
- Email support@thepawesome.com within 14 days of delivery
- Include your order number and photos of the damage
We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
